Main Course - Balti Cooking
Chicken Balti
Balti is short for the ballistan region of Pakistan. These dishes are prepared by Lal Akash's very own executive Chef so there will be no imitations. Balti dishes are cooked with whose spices rather than ground, creating a richer taste.
These dishes can be prepared to a strength you desire, either medium, madras, vindaloo, or phal. Additionally, you can choose to have any of the above prepared with a vegetable of your choice; bhindi (okra), brinjal (aubergine), saag (spinach), alloo (potatoes), gobi (cauliflower). The chef's highly recommends these dishes with Rosan Rice or Kadai Naan.
